Volunteer Positions
Are you service-minded and interested in creating the best guest experience? We invite individuals who are excited to support the arts in meaningful ways to apply for our Volunteer Program.
Applications for the season volunteer program are reviewed on a rolling basis, with recruitment efforts taking place each fall and spring.
Season Volunteer
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact by greeting guests at CPA performances and events
- Respond promptly to guest questions and direct them to appropriate resources
- Provide clear directions to entrances, seating areas, and other key locations
- Help guests feel comfortable by offering support and addressing immediate needs
- Support a variety of activities throughout the year, including outreach efforts and tabling at community events
All volunteer applicants are required to:
- Have a passion for service and community building
- Have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Maintain active volunteer status by fulfilling required shifts for your program
- Be able to attend the mandatory Volunteer Orientation
