Producing Coordinator
The Producing Coordinator provides critical planning, coordination, and implementation support for Carolina Performing Arts. As a project manager for various artistic endeavors, the person in this position will lead and provide support for project teams made up of cross-functional staff and will be responsible for managing team workflow, productivity, and goals. They will also serve as a hands-on host and provide onsite event management support for all CPA-produced events, serving as a critical link between CPA and guest artists/collaborators to ensure the highest quality of service and care for the artist and their team. In addition, they will manage day to day administrative functions for the department including organizing all logistics for visiting artists’ engagements, creating and maintaining detailed artist itineraries, recording expenditures, and tracking and processing payments. Producing Coordinators report to the Assistant Director of Artistic Operations and collaborate as a team to advance all artistic engagements and staff all live events.
