Producing Coordinator

The Producing Coordinator provides critical planning, coordination, and implementation support for Carolina Performing Arts as the organization presents and produces performances, artist residencies, festivals, new works in development, academic engagement, and community collaborations. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Artistic Operations and are responsible for three primary domains of work: project management, event management, and administration. The Producing Coordinator leads and provides support for project teams made up of cross-functional staff and will be responsible for managing team workflow, productivity, and goals. They also serve as hands-on hosts and provide onsite event management support for all CPA-produced events, serving as a critical link between CPA and guest artists/collaborators to ensure the highest quality of service and care for the artist and their team. We are looking to fill this role with someone who is excited to play a vital part in building mutual trust and supporting the cultivation of long-term relationships with artists and other stakeholders!
