Guest Experience Volunteer
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact: Greet guests when they arrive to CPA performance and events
- Respond promptly to questions: Answer guest inquires and direct them to resources
- Provide clear directions: Help guests navigate to entrances, seating areas, and other key locations
- Be a warm welcome: Help guests feel comfortable by providing support and addressing any immediate needs
Requirements:
- Passion for service and community building
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 2 shifts every 6 months to remain in active volunteer status
- Attendance at a mandatory Usher & Volunteer Orientation
