Casting Call
A New Immersive Performance Experience
Carolina Performing Arts is partnering with a visionary creative team to bring a new large-scale immersive Halloween weekend experience to Memorial Hall this fall.
We’re seeking performers, dancers, actors, musicians, improvisers, performance artists, magicians, and other creators from across North Carolina to help bring this ambitious project to life.
Together, we’ll transform familiar spaces into something unexpected, mysterious, and unforgettable.
Whether you’re a seasoned performer, an emerging artist, or someone whose talents don’t fit neatly into a category, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Project
Selected performers will collaborate closely with the creative team to create original character-driven encounters and audience interactions as part of a large-scale immersive production presented by Carolina Performing Arts.
This is an opportunity to contribute your artistic voice, explore new modes of performance, and help transform Memorial Hall in unexpected ways.
We’re looking for artists who are excited by collaboration, experimentation, world-building, and creating memorable experiences that blur the line between spectator and participant.
Most of all, we’re looking for people interested in helping create a world that is atmospheric, surprising, and at times delightfully unsettling.
