Step into a performance that spirals, sprints, and refuses to slow down! In Pony Cam’s Burnout Paradise, four performers take to four treadmills and what begins as a simple wager between performer and audience becomes a desperate attempt to complete a series of escalating tasks that confront the limitations of the performers’ bodies, spirits, and minds.

About Pony Cam

Pony Cam is an award-winning collective of five experimental theatre-makers from around Australia, driven by a desire to bring people together in ways that challenge the expected and embrace the absurd. By flipping familiar forms on their heads and inviting audiences into the action, Pony Cam crafts moments that spark laughter, question assumptions, and encourage rethinking the world around them.

Trained together for over five years, the ensemble’s approach is deeply instinctual, physical, and playful. Each performance is wildly different from the last, but all are driven by a desire to reimagine their impact in the world, find joy in community, remain utterly silly, and laugh in the face of tragedy.
