Lewis Black

Goodbye Yeller Brick Road, The Final Tour
April 29, 2025
7:30 p.m.

After nearly four decades on the road, two-time Grammy award winning comedian, actor, writer, and UNC-Chapel Hill alum Lewis Black (’70) will permanently park his globe-trotting tour bus next year—but not before performing at his alma mater! As part of his grand finale, Black will bring Goodbye Yeller Brick Road, The Final Tour to Carolina Performing Arts.

Black uses his trademark style of comedic yelling and finger pointing to expose the absurdities of life. His brilliance makes people laugh at life’s hypocrisies and the insanity he sees in the world. His tours have taken him everywhere from Carnegie Hall to New Zealand, and include two successful Broadway runs.

Don’t miss the chance to see the King of Rant!
