CPA on Your Syllabi: Class Tickets

Thank you for your interest in including Carolina Performing Arts in your syllabus. We look forward to having you and your students join us at a performance!

Information About Bringing Your Class to a Performance

Please complete the form below as thoroughly as possible. If you are making a request for multiple dates, please fill complete individual requests for each date.

We can generally accommodate classes of 30 or less with the information provided here; for groups larger than 30, CPA ticketing staff will reach out to you to discuss your request and confirm it can be fulfilled. Submit your request as early in the semester as possible; the sooner we receive it, the higher the likelihood your students will be seated together.

Once your survey is received, we will follow up with you to complete your reservation. If you indicate that you will be making a single payment, we will provide you payment instructions to complete your order. If your students will each be paying separately, we will share a custom promo code for your students to use for their orders. Student tickets are $11 each*. Each student should purchase their own ticket online at tickets.carolinaperformingarts.org by phone (919-843-3333) or at the box office in Memorial Hall during business hours (Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.).

For reserved seating events, purchases made with the designated code at least two weeks prior to the performance will be seated together as a block; purchases made after the two-week mark are subject to availability and may be separated from the rest of the group. Please visit our Events page for details on the seating arrangements for your desired performance. For general admission events, attendees will select their seats on arrival; you should make separate arrangements for the group to assemble if they wish to be seated together.

As the instructor organizing the group, you may request one complimentary ticket to attend with the class. Any other non-students in the group may use the Faculty/Staff discount (25% off); you will be provided an order number and must call to pay for these guest tickets in advance.

*A 7.5% tax applies when tickets are purchased individually. Tax is waived for eligible UNC-affiliated groups when purchased as a group with department funds. Discounts cannot be combined. Additional exclusions may apply.
