Venue Rental Information

Due to the current circumstances related to COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution for our audiences, staff, guests, and the surrounding community, it will not be possible for us to have any rental events in our venues through at least the summer of 2021.

We hope to be able to have rental events again beginning in the Fall 2021 semester, but this is contingent upon improving conditions. Please check back here for updates on future venue usage opportunities.

In general, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill organizations have first priority for the use of venues managed by Carolina Performing Arts. If your event will not be fully sponsored and directly paid for by a UNC Department or officially-recognized UNC student organization in good standing (or if you are unsure if your event qualifies as a University event), please read our Policies for University and Non-University Venue Users.

For information about our venues, please click here. Please note that Moeser Auditorium, located inside Hill Hall, is managed by the UNC Department of Music. Venue usage information for that space may be found here.
